I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator for my wedding on Sept 7th 2024. Janessa was instrumental in helping our day go smoothly. She is clearly competent and thorough in her work, has valuable input and brought several pieces to my attention that I would not have thought of otherwise, and was a great problem solver throughout the planning process.
In particular, I really appreciated her attention to detail, and her regular check-ins with me. As a hyper-independent person, I was not originally planning on hiring a coordinator, as I believed I could do it all myself. I am so glad I changed my mind and decided to hire Janessa — it was nice to be able to actually rely on someone else for assistance (I am not used to that), and I trusted her judgment and word 100%!
Janessa was supportive of my ideas and preferences, gave great feedback and suggestions, presented potential issues and solutions and logistical alternatives, and was ready to lend a hand with practical set-up on the days leading up to our ~*big special day*~.

Janessa was an absolute lifesaver in helping ensure the success of our wedding (August 2026)! We were torn on whether to hire a coordinator, but I am SO glad that we did and even more happy that it was Janessa! Firstly, she knows her stuff. She asked me so many insightful questions in the weeks leading up to keep us on track, understand our vision, and got to know us and the wedding party! Janessa was so receptive to every random (and out there) question that I had!
Next, she reviewed all documents and plans that we had from the venue, photographer, and other vendors (and made suggestions) to make sure everything would work out and run smoothly. Janessa helped with stationary and was there to set up and ensure our vision was met on the day of. It ended up raining and Janessa was there to quickly pivot, redirect everyone, and find solutions. She helped keep everyone on the expected timeline and she was our biggest advocate. My family and friends were so impressed with her.
She checked in as needed (but made decisions as needed to) and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and was there to speak to others so that we could enjoy our day. She has great common sense and a really strong understanding of what needs to be done in every situation that arises.
This is just the tip of the iceberg, Janessa went so above and beyond the call of duty and we are so grateful. She was a vital part in making our day magical!! She is so calm yet so knowledgeable and will get the job done right. We highly recommend her services!
